ABOUT DALLAS AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING INC.

Dallas Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. has served the surrounding communities of Selma, Alabama since 1964. We are a family-owned, second-generation full service company. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality service and being the a local company capable of streamlining the manufacturing of our large duct projects. We do business the old-fashioned way – fair and honest.

We are proud to work with the Maxwell Air Force Base, and have broad experience in government contracts installing HVAC systems, including chillers and boilers.

Most of our employees have been with the company for upwards of 10 years, with a few hitting the 20+ year mark. We’ve received the “Excellence in Workplace Safety” award from the WorkersFirst Compfund for the years of 2015, and again in 2016.

OUR STORY

Dallas Roofing and Sheet Metal was started in 1964 by James C. Patterson, Sr. The name of the company was changed to Dallas Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. in 1972. James C. Patterson, Jr, who had been working side-by-side with his father since 1970, purchased the business in 2000.

We have an excellent group of sub-contractors in all many feats, such as, electricians, plumbers, painters, insulators, and many others. Along with the sub-contractors we have several architects, and engineers that we work with to handle any project that you need done.

Since the purchase, James has grown the business to various lengths and has become a licensed General Contractor so that the company can serve as a “one-stop shop” for all our loyal customers.
